What GulfForma is
GulfForma is a sourcing and project procurement business. We work with companies, contractors, fit-out firms and design practices that are buying commercial furniture for projects in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, and we connect those requirements to manufacturers in China.
The business is built around projects rather than products. A client brings a requirement — a BOQ, a specification, drawings or a product list with quantities — and we return a costed, specification-based response, then coordinate manufacturing, quality control and export.
What GulfForma is not
- A Chinese furniture factory's English-language website
- A furniture product catalogue with a price list
- A pure trading company with no technical involvement
- A local Saudi retailer with showroom stock
- A site that publishes invented project references
How we work
We keep the sequence explicit. Specification is confirmed before sampling, sampling is approved before production, and inspection happens before packing. Every stage produces a document you can refer to later.
We also say what we do not know. If a requirement cannot be manufactured at the cost the project is targeting, or the programme is not achievable, we say that at quotation stage rather than after the order is placed.
GulfForma and FANNAI
GulfForma is a separate brand from FANNAI. FANNAI is one manufacturing partner within the China supply network GulfForma works with, alongside other qualified manufacturers selected by category and capability.
The customer-facing relationship is GulfForma. Over time the supply base is designed to extend — additional qualified manufacturers for different product categories — so the sourcing platform grows rather than being tied to a single factory.
Where we are heading
Phase 1 is Saudi Arabia: deep content, dedicated city coverage and a clear procurement process for Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province. Phase 2 extends the same model across the GCC, and beyond office furniture into the wider commercial furniture and FF&E category.
